Craniosacral Therapy
CST is a gentle, noninvasive type of bodywork. CST restores and balances the nervous system while releasing the effects of stress, injury, and trauma. Sessions take place in a quiet and private setting.
Your first CST session lasts 60 -75 minutes. During the first visit, we spend time discussing your health history and goals. Subsequent sessions range from 45-60 minutes.
CST is performed while you are fully clothed and lying on a comfortable massage table. I use a light touch to release areas of tension and restore balance and well-being.
